A writing tool
The service creates drafts; it does not send emails or manage mailing lists. Review every draft for accuracy, suitability, permissions, and compliance before sending. You are responsible for your offers, claims, guest permissions, mailing practices, and final message. Generated text may contain mistakes or resemble other text.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate a business, fabricate reviews, make deceptive claims, request spam, or submit private information without permission. Do not automate abusive traffic. The service applies a brief burst limit after 30 requests within 10 minutes.
Free access and Pro plans
Free access includes 3 successful drafts in total, tracked by browser and by account after sign-in. Failed generations do not use an allowance. Pro pricing is $12 per month or $96 per year. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly or annually at the selected price until canceled. Cancel anytime through Manage subscription; access continues until the end of the paid period. Expired subscriptions lose Pro access. Successful refunds end Pro access immediately. For refund requests, contact hello@restaurantemailai.com. Checkout is available only when billing is enabled.
Your content
You retain rights in the information you provide and may use the drafts for your restaurant, subject to applicable rights and law. Submit only information you have authority to use. This tool provides no legal, medical, or food-safety advice.
Availability and responsibility
The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service, accuracy, bookings, revenue, or marketing results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of a draft. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
