RestaurantEmailAI is operated by Wendle Studio. It writes restaurant email drafts. It sends transactional sign-in codes, but does not send restaurant campaigns or manage mailing lists.
What we store
An essential, httpOnly device cookie identifies this browser so we can count free emails. Our database stores that identifier, how many free emails were used, plan status, and request timestamps and outcomes. The cookie can last up to five years. We keep these records while the service operates and delete them on request.
Account sign-in
We store your account email, a Google account identifier if you use Google sign-in, used free allowance, and subscription status. Login codes and session tokens are stored as hashes. Codes expire after 10 minutes; an essential, httpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax session cookie lasts 30 days. Cloudflare Email Service delivers sign-in codes. We store a hashed IP address and request times to limit code requests. Google sign-in loads Google Identity Services only when configured and when you open sign-in; Google processes your identity information under its privacy policy.
Your briefs and drafts
The restaurant brief and any pasted guest message are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to write the draft. We do not save briefs or drafts in our database. Provider processing is subject to Cloudflare’s terms and privacy practices.
Remove guest contact information, payment data, medical details, and other sensitive information before using the tool. Copying a draft writes it to your device clipboard.
Payments, tracking, and external links
When billing is enabled, Waffo processes subscriptions and payments. We share your account identifier and email with Waffo to provide checkout and the customer portal. We store verified subscription events and expiry dates, but do not store card numbers or payment credentials. The site uses no advertising scripts, external fonts, or third-party tracking cookies. Cloudflare may record basic, cookie-free traffic statistics. Links to sending platforms lead to other websites. If affiliate links are added later, the relevant section will disclose that relationship.
Your choices
You can delete the device cookie in your browser. To ask us to delete the records linked to your browser, email hello@restaurantemailai.com. You can sign out to end the current session and contact us to request account deletion.
